Wall mounted site specific installation for Maureen Michaelson Gallery stand at GROW LONDON 2015 2.75 m h x 1.78 m wide x 50 cm deep approx. ‘Lichen’ is a wall-mounted, mixed media piece inspired by the microcosmic world of ‘cushion xanthoria’, a symbiotic fusion of fungi and algae which flourishes in extreme conditions.
