Peter Beard
Peter Beard works in ceramics, bronze and stone. In all his work, the textured surfaces connote the tidal patterns of wind, sand or water. Peter's ceramic pieces are made with a time consuming and meticulous process of painting patterns with wax between layers of glaze. The wax forms a resist for the next layer and allows him to create complex patterns and textures.
For GROW London 2015, Peter will be showing sculpture in ceramic as well as in bronze.
